Cold skies, cold water, and cold snow.

Warm sweaters, warm cocoa, and warm fireplaces.

A delicate balance.

Hibernation, and, for some, isolation.

Looking out at a sparkling wonderland,

Shining bright in the darkness.

A crisp kind of air,

To go with crispy leaves.

Leaves of various colors

Fall to the cooled ground

And we await what comes next.

An unforgiving heat.

Bright, sunny days.

Barbeques & lemonade.

Summer brings the fun.

Baseball played under the sun

Creates memories forever cherished.

A newness.

A freshness.

A hope for something better than before.

Spring takes us back into the sunlight

And its warmth

Brings tearful smiles to our tired faces.

Playing through the minds

Of reading students,

Is the magic
